Dean Wilson showed top-ten pace throughout the timed sessions and then transferred to the main event straight from his heat race. Although a mediocre start in the main threatened to make life difficult, he made positive progress throughout and managed arm pump to claim fourteenth for the second time this season. The end result may have been the same as Anaheim 1 but valuable information was gained that will ensure that he can put his CRF450R inside of the top ten at the upcoming events.

There was no lack of tenacity as he fought back to seventeenth. The results do not reflect the very exciting potential that he has shown aboard his CRF250R. Unfortunately the crash has left him side lined for this weekend as the swelling in his had had hindered his strength.

Gage Linville will make his futures debut for the team this weekend.

Dean Wilson: “I know what I need to fix and we worked through it this week, I am aiming for top 10 this weekend. I know we have the pace to achieve it.  The first two events haven’t been perfect, and we are yet to reach our potential”.

Wilson Todd: “I am bummed, I know we are improving and the results don’t show what we are achieving through the week.  I will rebound from this. The experience has been priceless”.
