Mitchell Harrison moves into the top 10 for Muc-Off Honda.
Muc-Off Honda Racing’s 250cc East Coast rider Michell Harrison came away with an 8th at round 15 of the FIM World Supercross Championship in Atlanta.
Harrison’s last three finishes of 6th, 6th and 8th respectively places him 10th overall for the season, with only one round remaining for the East Coast Championship.
“Overall, I am happy with the last three rounds, but I do want to finish stronger. I didn’t ride to my full potential tonight and the crash I had in practice left me with a tweaked ankle so that made things a little tougher. It’s been a full on championship with many ups and downs and I think we have proven ourselves competitive against other factory teams,” said Harrison.
Unfortunately, the teams 450 fill in, Mitchell Oldenburg could not compete after a crash left him with a broken finger and lacerated hand. Oldenburg is doing everything he can to be ready for round 16.
“The swelling is coming down and I am doing all that I can to be ready for the weekend, I have to just take it day by day.” Oldenburg said.
The final two rounds of the Championship will be held in Salt Lake City on the 24th of April and 1st of May.
